Water Village -
Water Village, Zante's unique water park is situated on the
southeast part of the island. The park stands on a piece of land occupying 40.000
m2 just 4 km from Zante town, in the village of Sarakinado.
If you are looking for a great time with all the family, great slides and rides but also relaxation then don’t miss out on visiting Zante Water Village. Its easy enough to get to with local buses running to Zante Water village from most resorts or you can buy the tickets at travel agents within your resort or from your local holiday representative.
The facilities here are top notch, with changing rooms, showers, toilets and onsite
cafe and restaurant serving up fast food at reasonable prices. There is an onsite
photographer who will capture your most exciting moments at the photos are available
to buy from just 7 euros.

If your looking to enjoy the day on a budget then its recommended to take a packed lunch and some water in a cool box, although as mentioned before the prices here are not too over inflated.

The Rides at Zante Water Village
Although smaller than some Waterpark's, especially compared to that of Watercity in Crete, Zante Water Village has some fun and interesting rides.
First up you have the Boomer Bowl ride which takes you down from the start point
into a cyclone effect where you go round on your rubber rings then end up falling
through the hole and being shot into the pool below.
There's the open air tubes and
kamikaze free falls, excellent rides for those thrill seekers among you. For the
less adventurous you have the family raft slides and children's multi racing rides.
Most people will want to have a go on the lazy river rapid rides, its an excellent way to catch a tan and enjoy the scenery of the park.
If you have a young family they are well catered for with children's rides, playground
areas and much more. Most people tend to bring their families to Zante water Village
as some of the excursions around Zante are not really well suited to younger kids,
especially the all day trip to Navagio or Smugglers Cove.
